Through trainings and courses, I invite practitioners into a deeper relationship with the body, breath, subtle awareness, and the wisdom that can only be discovered through lived experience. Weaving together elemental yoga, somatics, kriya, meditation, ritual, mantra, Bhakti, women’s cyclical wisdom, and the philosophy of non-dual Shaiva–Shakta Tantra, these spaces bridge ancient teachings with embodied practice.
Each offering is an invitation to move beyond simply learning techniques — to deepen your own sādhanā, cultivate greater self-awareness and embodied intelligence, and explore what it means to bring these teachings into the way you live, practise, and relate to yourself and others.
Whether you come to deepen your personal path or to expand the way you teach and hold space for others, these trainings are rooted in practice, self-inquiry, devotion, and the ongoing journey of returning more intimately to yourself.
